Methods of Payment
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order/Cashiers Check, PayPal, or Personal Checks.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Orders are shipped directly from our product manufacturers. Free shipping is available on certain stated products (see individual products for details) within our store to a certified business address within the continental United States. Residential deliveries are available for an additional cost of $100.00.
Delivery and Handling
Pedicure Spa & Massage Chair deliveries will be made by an LTL trucking company. The driver is not responsible for unloading from the back of the truck. Liftgate service is available for an additional charge of $150.00. Please note that all pedicure spas will be shipped on a wooden skid. The boxes are strapped down and everything is wrapped with plastic shrink wrap. These materials may be cut with a knife so the boxes may be removed individually.
Sales Tax
Seven percent (7%) sales tax will be added for all Florida residents.
Unconditional Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of undamaged goods within 15 days of delivery in the original boxes. Pedicure Spas/Accessories and Massage Chairs are returned directly to the manufacturer and ned to be approved by the manufacturer. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged upon inspection on all products. The customer assumes all responsibility for the delivery costs both ways.
Product Availability and Delivery of Your New Spa
Please inspect all boxes carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Should you discover any damage to the boxes please note it on the receipt and contact us immediately. Reports of shipping damage must be made within 5 days.
